THERAPY
Motherhood shifts with every season. Whether you’re navigating early motherhood, or are an empty-nest mom reimagining the next chapter of your life, we are here for you. Our team includes therapists specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, relationships, and intimacy.
01
Individual Therapy for Mothers
A safe and supportive space to process the mental, emotional, and spiritual shifts of motherhood. Sessions are held virtually with an emphasis on accessibility, comfort, and personalized care.
Couples & Family Therapy
Motherhood reshapes every relationship. We help partners and families navigate transitions with honesty, communication, and grace. We also provide family therapy for households seeking stronger bonds and healthier dynamics.
In-Home 4th Trimester Support
For new mothers facing postpartum depression, anxiety, or the overwhelm of those first few months, our therapists can meet you at home, bringing specialized support directly into your safe space.

Group
THERAPY
Healing often happens best in community. Our small group programs are intimate circles where mothers can share, process, and grow together while being guided by licensed specialists.
02
Postpartum Support Circles
Created for new mothers navigating the fourth trimester, these groups provide space to process postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and the everyday overwhelm of early motherhood.
Six-Week Guided Journeys
Structured programs that take mothers through intentional healing over the course of six weeks, focusing on themes such as identity, balance, and emotional renewal.
Specialized Groups
Tailored sessions designed to address specific needs such as anxiety, trauma recovery, and stress management. We also offer unique opportunities like Mommy & Me therapy groups for mothers who are struggling to connect with their children.

OUR THERAPISTS
Janet Diep, MA, LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor • Certified Sex Therapist • EMDR Practitioner
I believe every woman deserves a place where her story feels seen, safe, and honored. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Sex Therapist, and EMDR practitioner, I walk alongside women and couples as they navigate the tender places of life—healing old wounds, rediscovering connection, and reclaiming the joy of intimacy and identity.
My heart for this work is rooted in compassion. Whether it’s untangling the effects of trauma, nurturing closeness in relationships, or simply holding space for mothers to pause and breathe, I bring a gentle, grounding presence to each session. My approach blends evidence-based tools with an unwavering belief in every woman’s ability to find strength and wholeness.
As a mother of two teenagers and a two-time gestational surrogate, I carry both professional training and lived experience into the room. I know what it means to show up in different seasons of motherhood, and I honor the resilience and grace it takes.
At Selah, my deepest commitment is to create a sanctuary for mothers and women where you can exhale, be yourself, and find the healing and confidence you deserve.

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor
Reaching out for support, especially while caring for others, takes courage. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to nurture those you love while struggling with your own well-being. Whether you are in the early stages of parenting and learning to bond with your baby, facing the challenges of raising teens, adjusting to an empty nest, or managing anxiety, depression, or stress, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.
I have extensive experience supporting mothers at every stage, as well as working with families, children, and caregivers. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I focus on parenting, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and attachment-based treatment, including post-adoption support. I am trained in Theraplay and offer mommy and me sessions that help mothers and their little ones strengthen attachment, deepen connection, and grow together in a safe, nurturing environment.
The therapeutic work we do together will create a space just for you to feel seen, heard, and supported. At Selah, I provide individual and family therapy with flexible scheduling, so you never have to navigate motherhood alone. Together, we will create space for balance, healing, and lasting connection.

“By healing ourselves, we heal future generations.”
Demia Doggette, Founder of Selah Motherhood
