Group
THERAPY

Healing often happens best in community. Our small group programs are intimate circles where mothers can share, process, and grow together while being guided by licensed specialists.

Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor

Reaching out for support, especially while caring for others, takes courage. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to nurture those you love while struggling with your own well-being. Whether you are in the early stages of parenting and learning to bond with your baby, facing the challenges of raising teens, adjusting to an empty nest, or managing anxiety, depression, or stress, I am here to walk alongside you with compassion and care.

I have extensive experience supporting mothers at every stage, as well as working with families, children, and caregivers. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I focus on parenting, behavioral concerns, life transitions, and attachment-based treatment, including post-adoption support. I am trained in Theraplay and offer mommy and me sessions that help mothers and their little ones strengthen attachment, deepen connection, and grow together in a safe, nurturing environment.

The therapeutic work we do together will create a space just for you to feel seen, heard, and supported. At Selah, I provide individual and family therapy with flexible scheduling, so you never have to navigate motherhood alone. Together, we will create space for balance, healing, and lasting connection.
