THERAPY
Motherhood shifts with every season. Whether you’re navigating early motherhood, or are an empty-nest mom reimagining the next chapter of your life, we are here for you. Our team includes therapists specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, identity shifts, relationships, and intimacy.
01
Individual Therapy for Mothers
A safe and supportive space to process the mental, emotional, and spiritual shifts of motherhood. Sessions are held virtually with an emphasis on accessibility, comfort, and personalized care.
Couples & Family Therapy
Motherhood reshapes every relationship. We help partners and families navigate transitions with honesty, communication, and grace. We also provide family therapy for households seeking stronger bonds and healthier dynamics.
In-Home 4th Trimester Support
For new mothers facing postpartum depression, anxiety, or the overwhelm of those first few months, our therapists can meet you at home, bringing specialized support directly into your safe space.
Group
THERAPY
Healing often happens best in community. Our small group programs are intimate circles where mothers can share, process, and grow together while being guided by licensed specialists.
02
Postpartum Support Circles
Created for new mothers navigating the fourth trimester, these groups provide space to process postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, and the everyday overwhelm of early motherhood.
Six-Week Guided Journeys
Structured programs that take mothers through intentional healing over the course of six weeks, focusing on themes such as identity, balance, and emotional renewal.
Specialized Groups
Tailored sessions designed to address specific needs such as anxiety, trauma recovery, and stress management. We also offer unique opportunities like Mommy & Me therapy groups for mothers who are struggling to connect with their children.

OUR THERAPIST
Monique Gill, LCPC, CCTP, PMH-C
is a licensed clinical professional counselor in Illinois and Missouri, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and certified in Perinatal Mental Health. She specializes in supporting women and families through pregnancy, postpartum, and the complex emotional transitions of early motherhood.
Monique is deeply experienced in providing care for families navigating prenatal and fetal diagnoses, NICU admissions and discharges, perinatal loss, birth trauma, race-based stress in birthing and parenting, and the often-unspoken challenges of adjusting to parenthood. Her work is grounded in both clinical expertise and lived experience. As the mother of three girls, Monique brings a compassionate, deeply relational approach that honors each client’s story while remaining rooted in research-backed care.
Her therapeutic style is strength-based, collaborative, and affirming. Monique utilizes evidence-based modalities including Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all shown to be highly effective in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. She is also trained in perinatal interventions such as ROSES (Reach Out, Stay Strong, Essentials for mothers of newborns) and Mother-Baby groups, offering early support for mild to moderate depression during pregnancy and postpartum.
Monique believes therapy should feel like a place of steadiness, understanding, and restoration—where mothers are supported not just in surviving this season, but in reclaiming their strength, voice, and sense of self.
“By healing ourselves, we heal future generations.”
